No-nonsense answers to your questions

More about the topic: Diversity and Inclusion in Communities.

When starting a community, there are some things you need to consider to support your community in a more diverse and inclusive way. As a starting point, we will address the gaps that are present in many different communities. But where do we start? Do you need answers to these questions?

  • How can I show that my community is a D&I space?

  • What actions can I take to make my content accessible?

  • How can I create more D&I events and workshops?

  • What does representation look like and how can I be authentic?

  • What resources can I discover to continue learning?

As a Community Leader, simply asking what your community needs will encourage the conversation and fill in these much-needed gaps. We will cover this and much, much more! By the end of the session, you will have the tools to make your community more accessible.
