Our work

Real engagements, real results

Real client engagements: the challenges they came to us with, what we built, and the results that followed.

Community migration

Found & Flourish

A community of founders and freelancers that had outgrown Facebook: an unpredictable algorithm burying their content, and no real structure for members to connect, ask for advice or collaborate.

What we did

  • A migration strategy from Facebook to Circle, sequenced and communicated well ahead of the move
  • A countdown campaign and email sequence explaining the change and what members would gain from it
  • Personalised onboarding, welcome workflows and a content plan to keep the conversation going from day one

The result

A 95% member conversion rate, with the community more active and better organised than it had been on Facebook.

“Serena created a strategy for us to smoothly and safely migrate the F&F community from Facebook to the Circle app. A seamless experience. Our members have been congratulating her ever since.”

Her First Athletics

A brand-new community for female athletes, coaches, parents and providers, ready to launch, with the logistics of building it from nothing overwhelming the founder.

What we did

  • A discovery call and deep-dive strategy session to define the community's structure, values and membership model
  • A full community blueprint: onboarding, welcome sequences, membership pricing, and a feedback loop for continuous improvement
  • A launch plan built on anticipation: a waitlist, a founding-member window, and a coordinated email and social campaign

The result

Her Hudle launched on schedule, with a clear structure in place from day one instead of being figured out after the fact.

“Serena helped me overcome the overwhelming logistics of creating a step-by-step strategy for my community build and launch. She took tasks off my plate and executed them seamlessly, and made the whole process feel organised and smooth.”

Hudl

A founder ready to launch her community platform, Hudl, but feeling overwhelmed by where to start with onboarding, engagement and the launch itself.

What we did

  • A discovery call and strategy session distilled into a playbook: onboarding, welcome messages, and a feedback loop built in from day one
  • A six-month content and engagement plan: a content calendar, member spotlights, and theme months to keep the community active after launch, not just on day one
  • A launch strategy across email and social, built on anticipation, a founding-member window, and clear, authentic communication

The result

Hudl launched with a clear playbook behind it, and a founder who went from overwhelmed to confident in how to run it.

“A huge thank you for your help and guidance. I was feeling a bit lost and overwhelmed with how to approach this launch, and having your support has given me so much more clarity and confidence in how I approach it.”

FemNEST

FemNEST, the femtech platform founder Serena Kara Gasparini also founded, exists to connect women's health and life transitions to their financial outcomes, something mainstream financial services treat as separate worlds. Before building a product, the goal was to prove the room would show up.

What we did

  • Designed and ran a sold-out launch event at Boka Coworking Centre in Paphos, themed 'Your Story is Our Story'
  • Built a five-person panel spanning coaching, DEI, business, health-tech and mindfulness
  • Ran the event hybrid, so women could join live from Cyprus, the UK and Australia
  • Built in a giving element from day one: 10% of ticket sales donated to Europa Donna Cyprus

The result

The launch sold out, opening with a letter of support read aloud from Josie Christodoulou, Cyprus's Commissioner for Gender Equality, and went on to earn two features in the Cyprus Mail and a later feature in The Future. FemNEST's community has grown to more than 130 women since, with a second flagship gathering, Femmes, Finances & Freedom, planned for February 2027.

In the press

“Gender equality cannot be achieved by policy alone. It requires strong communities, open dialogue, and spaces where women can share knowledge, build confidence, and inspire one another.”
