The problem/challenge:

Prøject Wøman had a sizable community of over 60 members on the free tier, but they were struggling to convert them into paying members. Understanding their motivations, desires, and barriers to purchasing memberships was paramount to our success.

The solution:

We embarked on a thorough market research journey, delving deep into the psyche of our free community members. Armed with insights, we meticulously restructured the community, introducing a fresh membership model and a dynamic partnership program. Our approach was not just about conversion; it was about fostering a genuine sense of belonging and value within the community.

Collaborating closely with Prøject Wøman, we unveiled the Prøject Wøman Collective on Mighty Networks. This bespoke platform became a haven for women's health, a sanctuary where experts could share their knowledge and where members could thrive, supported by a nurturing community.

Over the span of several months, our strategic overhaul bore fruit, with tangible results reflecting our commitment. We didn't just increase membership; we cultivated an environment where women felt empowered, supported, and understood.

The client: Found and Flourish

The problem/challenge:

Found and Flourish had an incredible, passionate community - however, their current community platform, Facebook, wasn’t working anymore. With the uncertainty of Facebook, data breaches, blackouts and algorithms, the client was looking for a platform that served the community and made them feel safe, seen and comfortable.

The solution:

After extensive research and analysis of the community's needs, we landed on the platform Circle as the community's new home. We mapped out the user journey, built the platform and implemented a migration strategy with a juicy mix of community posts, email and social promotion to move the members from Facebook to circle. In 2-3 months, we migrated 95% of the community onto the new app. Over the past seven months, our dedication and commitment to Found and Flourish means we have freed up a whopping 31.5 hours of our client’s calendar, placing an average of 4.5 hours per month back in her diary to focus on what really lights her up.

Inspiration Space harboured ambitious goals - to nurture a collaborative community that propelled entrepreneurs towards success. With a modest beginning of 40 members, the aim was to orchestrate exponential growth, driven by regular cohort cycles.

Our mission was clear: to elevate Inspiration Space into a bustling hub of innovation and support. We embarked on a comprehensive review of the existing community landscape, fine-tuning our moderation efforts and curating an unparalleled community experience.

Simultaneously, we unleashed a dynamic social media blitz, crafting a captivating narrative that enticed new sign-ups and ignited excitement around upcoming cohorts. Leveraging our proven community initiatives, we seamlessly integrated offline and online engagements, creating a seamless ecosystem where entrepreneurs could thrive.

Our content strategy was designed to do more than just inform; it was crafted to inspire action and foster collaboration. By empowering our members with actionable insights and hosting accountability sessions, we instilled confidence and catalyzed meaningful interactions within the community.
